The Locals

Local youth have come together for the love of music to form a band called The Locals. Members include Becca Hartley, vocals, Adam Pryor, keyboards, and Alex Quinnell, drums.

Blue Sky Band

The Blue Sky Band, formed in 1993, has performed regularly in Wisconsin Rapids area. Rock, country and even an occasional polka just for fun, the group plays enough variety for almost any listener. Featuring the versatile voice of Michele King, Norm Sutherland on bass guitar, Russ Sutherland on drums, Jerry King on guitar, and with new member Heidi Sutherland, its music you can dance to!

The Suspensers


The Suspenders, eight musicians with ties to Central Wisconsin, will play a mix of blues and rock cover tunes spanning from 1965 to 1980.  "We will be playing cover tunes, but we want to make it our own style," said Rod Keyzer, band member playing tenor sax, "The songs definitely won't sound like the records."  The band will feature John Hartman on lead guitar, Tom Dewitt on vocals and rhythm, Rick Clark on bass guitar, Randy Charles on drums, John Strassberg on keyboard, Jack Faville and Connie Tomski for back up vocals, and Rod Keyzer on saxophone.
